WOLVERHAMPTON star Rory Schlein insists their patched-up side will give their all as they head to Somerset on Friday (7.30).

The Parrys International Wolves travel to the Oaktree Arena with skipper Freddie Lindgren riding in Poland plus Edinburgh pairing Sam Masters and Mark Riss both in SGB Championship action.

Club bosses have booked teenage hotshot Robert Lambert, Richie Worrall and Ellis Perks to step in as guests.
And Schlein, who has enjoyed a fine start to life in gold and black, is optimistic they can claim their first away points of the SGB Premiership season.

“It’s part and parcel of speedway these days that you’ll always be without someone at some point,” Schlein said.

“I think most of us enjoy riding at Somerset, so we’ve just got to try and keep it close because if you do that you force them to make mistakes.

“Hopefully we can come away with something, and I know everyone will be giving their best to try and make it happen.”

SOMERSET: Rohan Tungate, Paul Starke, Charles Wright, Patrick Hougaard, Josh Grajczonek, Jake Allen, Jan Graversen.
WOLVERHAMPTON: Robert Lambert, Kyle Howarth, Rory Schlein, Jacob Thorssell, Richie Worrall, Ellis Perks, Nathan Greaves.
