WOLVERHAMPTON are set to welcome Sam Masters back into their side for Monday’s Bank Holiday blockbuster with Belle Vue at Monmore Green (6pm).

Masters has missed the Parrys International Wolves’ last five meetings due to a broken collarbone but is now ready to make his return.

It means Peter Adams’ side are back at full strength for the first time since June after German ace Mark Riss also made his comeback last week.

It is a big night for Wolves, who could leapfrog the Aces to move up to second in the SGB Premiership table with a win.

And in-form Swedish star Jacob Thorssell insists they are more than a match for anyone when at full strength.

“We’ve been missing Sam, obviously, but I think with a full team we can beat anyone,” Thorssell said.

“We still need to keep our confidence high and it’s important to keep winning meetings until then, and we want to beat Belle Vue on Monday.

“It won’t be an easy one, but we’re still riding well and we’re a good side at home so we believe we can get the job done.”

Belle Vue operate rider replacement for the injured Max Fricke but are otherwise at full strength as they aim to bounce back from a shock home defeat against Leicester on Friday.

The Wolves meeting will be immediately followed by a huge Travel Plus National League encounter between Cradley and the Belle Vue Colts.

Normal Wolves admission prices apply and include both meetings.

WOLVERHAMPTON: Fredrik Lindgren, Kyle Howarth, Rory Schlein, Jacob Thorssell, Sam Masters, Mark Riss, Nathan Greaves.

BELLE VUE: Kenneth Bjerre, Max Fricke R/R, Steve Worrall, Rohan Tungate, Craig Cook, Dan Bewley, Jack Smith.
